Some problems need more urgent attention. Noise complaints, roaming dogs or any other urgent problem should be reported by phone. Call us on 03 441 0499 (Queenstown) or 03 443 0024 (Wanaka).

How was your experience?
We're starting a monthly customer experience survey to understand how you feel about your interactions with the Council.
Every month we will phone a random sample of customers who have recently lodged a request for service or applied for a building or resource consent. We'll use the findings to make improvements where required.
